In 2017, the amount raised by regular assessment was $211,908. Of that, $21,515 was for cable. We pay the cable by flat fee, or $32.60 per month. The remainder, $190,393, MUST be apportioned by Percentage of Value.

The calculator will compare the amount you were assessed in 2017 under the improper formula, which was $162,408 X Percent of Value plus a flat fee of $75/month, to the correct one.
